WHAT IS UNPACK?

UNPACK was designed by people who hate screen-based training. We have one guiding principle; performance and behavioural change doesn't come from being told what to do, it comes from being placed in conditions where you have to figure it out.

    Eight puzzle modules with lighting and audio that respond to the actions of the team.

    The Modules respond as the team works their way through the experience.

  • The Printed Artwork

    Mission documents, materials and physical puzzles that keep the scenario moving. In a bespoke build, this is where your content lives.

  • The Team

    Up to 8 participants working together on achieving the set mission. Group dynamics are played out and shared success leads to retention.

  • The Room

    All UNPACK requires is a standard meeting room, the kit arrives in its travel case and is ready to go in under ten minutes.

  • Bespoke Padlocks

    Bespoke 3D printed padlocks use your colours, symbols and content to ensure the experience is fully unique.

  • The Facilitator Portal

    The facilitator captures live event notes throughout on a standard web-browser - they even have time for coffee!
